BosanLahMama sells digital downloadable products. No physical product is shipped.
Change of Mind
Because a digital product can be accessed or downloaded shortly after successful payment, purchases are generally not refundable for change of mind or accidental purchase once access to the digital product has been provided.
When You Should Contact Us
Please contact us if:
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
- your payment was successful but you did not receive access to your product;
- your download link does not work;
- the supplied PDF is corrupted or materially defective; or
- you received a different product from the one you purchased.

Please provide the email address used for payment and your ToyyibPay transaction reference where available.
How We Will Resolve It
For download or access problems, we will normally first try to resolve the issue by providing a working link or replacement copy of the correct product.
Where appropriate, a refund will be provided.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable Malaysian consumer law.
